Our Science Ambassadors 

Hawthorne's Science Ambassadors are led by Mrs Whiting.

At Hawthorne Primary School, we have a team of Science Ambassadors who promote the love of Science to the whole school. Our Ambassadors deliver lessons across the school during Science week. In previous years they have delivered exciting investigations including helping to keep a cheeky penguin in an ice prison after the electrics has tripped. The children had to think about which material would be the best insulator to stop the ice from melting. This was such an exciting investigation which they whole school took part in.
